Counselling and psychotherapy are as much about what we don’t say as what we do. There may be experiences that you find difficult to put into words, or distressing to say out loud. Maybe there’s something specific troubling you, or maybe you’re aware of a general feeling of unease, anxiety, numbness or futility. At times like these, it can help to have someone alongside you.

Therapy starts from where you are right now, wherever that is.
